RAFFLE PRIZES

raffle-ticket

It has been a busy few weeks here at Whitelees and it continues to be in the run up to the Christmas holiday.

Our Christmas show is next week and we would be grateful for any raffle prizes you could donate.  If you could hand any prizes into our office or send them into school with your children we would be extremely grateful.

Once again we thank you for your continued support.

CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY

Charlie and the chocolate Factory

Tonight is the grand finale of our 40th Anniversary Summer Spectacular Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!

Could children please be back at school at 6.30pm to get ready for a 7.00pm start?  They do not need to come in school uniform and should enter via the main door.  When queuing up please leave room for the children to enter the building.  Can I also remind parents that the staff car park should not be used as all spaces are needed for staff attending to help with the show?

Our raffle will be drawn tonight and our star prize is Apple TV!  In true Willy Wonka style we will also have our chocolate fountains in full flow selling goodies covered in chocolate!

We look forward to welcoming you all

GOLDEN TICKET WINNERS!!!

Golden Ticket

Our Golden Ticket winners have been drawn for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday!

If you are a winner your child has been given a note asking you to exchange your ticket for a golden one at the school office!  This golden ticket gives you access to a front row seat!  Please check your child’s bag tonight!

Well done if you are one of our lucky winners and we look forward to welcoming you to our 40th Anniversary show!

Summer Show Costumes

Annie_logo_51c067bdb94f0

As you know the whole school are busy rehearsing for the summer show.

Your child will have a clear notion of their part in the show by now and can advise if they have an alternative costume that is required.

ALL ORPHANS – The Primary 4-7 pupils are playing orphans from the Whitelees Orphanage and, if possible, are required to wear scruffy clothes and bring in dusters or cleaning utensils.

NYC GIRLS – should wear party clothes.

BOYLAN SISTERS – party clothes

All other cast members will be given a breakdown specific to their character.

Our dress rehearsal is next Monday but we would be very happy if pupils could start bringing these items in as soon as possible and they can be stored in the classroom.

We would also love it if pupils could bring in family photos that can be played on the big screen as part of a slideshow at the beginning of the show.  These would be scanned and returned the same day.

We are all very excited for the show and your help and support in providing costumes and photos is very much appreciated.

 thanks-1
