REMINDER

The closing date for nursery applications for our 2024-2025 session is Friday 16th February.  Applications received after this date will be categorised as a late application. You can access application forms on the link below:

NURSERY APPLICATIONS

Applications for the 2024-2025 session of nursery will open on Tuesday 19th December 2023.

The Government funding start dates are where a child’s third birthday fall on or between:

  • 1 March 2024 and 31 August 2024 they will be eligible for funding from August 2024 (autumn term) occurring in that year.

  • 1 September and 31 December 2024 they will be eligible for funding from January 2025 (spring term) following their birthday.

  • 1 January and last day of February 2025 they will be eligible for funding from April 2025 (summer term) following their birthday.

Please complete the online application and send via email to your first choice provider.  If your first choice is Whitelees please send it to enquiries-at-whitelees@northlan.org.uk along with all supporting paperwork (birth certificate/passport and Council Tax bill).  Please ensure you have made three choices of provider.

If you don’t have a copy of your Council Tax bill you can register with the Council Tax portal and obtain a copy View and manage your council tax account online | North Lanarkshire Council

The closing date for applications is Friday 16th February 2024.  Applications received after this date will be processed as late applications.

NURSERY APPLICATIONS 2023-2024

Applications for the 2023-2024 nursery session are now open.  Application forms can be accessed online using the link below.  These should be emailed to your first choice provider along with the supporting paperwork (birth certificate and proof of address). Application forms can also be collected from the school if you would prefer, please pop into the office to collect one.  These should also be returned to your first choice provider along with the supporting paperwork.  The closing date for applications is Friday 10th March 2023, applications received after this date will be treated as a late application.Early learning and childcare applications | North Lanarkshire CouncilIf you don’t have a copy of your current council tax bill you can register with the Council Tax portal and obtain a copy using the link below: View and manage your council tax account online | North Lanarkshire CouncilIf you have already submitted an application there is no need to submit a new one.If you have any questions please contact our school office.

A quick reminder that enrolment for nursery applications for session 2022-2023 will close on Friday 11th February 2022.All children who will be 3 years of age before 1 March 2023 are entitled to 1140 hours statutory funding place during session August 2022/2023:Children who reach 3 years of age between 1 March 2022 and 16 August 2022 can take up their ELC placement from August 2022.Children reaching 3 years of age between 17 August 2022 and 28 February 2023 can take up their ELC placement the day after the child’s 3rd birthday.Due to Covid-19 applications have been updated to allow for online application.  You can access all information and the online application using the following link:Early learning and childcare applications | North Lanarkshire CouncilThe completed application form and supporting paperwork should be emailed to your first choice provider.  If we are your first choice provider please send applications to enquiries-at-whitelees@northlan.org.uk  Please note that three choices must be provided on the application.  Supporting paperwork can be sent as a photo attachment if you have no access to a scanning facility.  You can use the link below to obtain a copy of your current council tax bill.Online Revenues and Benefits Services (northlanarkshire.gov.uk)If your child was on our waiting list for this session a new application would be required for August 2022.
