It was time for tea today when Mrs Hunter hosted her monthly tea party for children who have been working very hard over the last month! Well done to everyone who received an invitation!
It looks like everyone had a fantastic time with lots of treats!
What an amazing response we have had to our Children In Need donation day!
A massive thank you to everyone who donated to our Christmas Fayre tombola/raffle today! This should be the best tombola ever! Don’t forget to come along to our Christmas Fayre on Saturday 25th December from 10.00am to join in our festivities!
We are keen to support Children In Need this year however we thought we’d have a fundraising day with a difference!
Children can come to school dressed “funny for Friday” and instead of bringing money they can bring in a donation to the Christmas Fayre for our raffle or tombola. We will, in turn, make a donation on behalf of the school to Children In Need from money raised at the Christmas Fayre!
We hope you will continue to support us in our fundraising efforts for children less fortunate than us.
Just a gentle reminder that sponsor money is due by Friday 17th November. Please return all sponsor money to the school by then. Thank you for your continued support of this event.
We have a busy Sportscotland Activity Day planned for tomorrow to coincide with the official presentation of our gold award and Olympic athlete Jade Nimmo’s visit to the school. Children can come to school in their PE kit ready to take part in the Fun Fitness Circuit.
A reminder that Olympic athlete Jade Nimmo will be visiting us on Friday and taking part in our sponsored fun fitness circuit. Please keep doing your best to raise funds for sports equipment for our school.
Congratulations to all our Weekly Dojo winners and Successful Learners. Well done everyone!
Happy Birthday to everyone who had a Birthday in the last week!
A massive well done to our swimmers Darby and Aimee Cara who competed in the NL School Swimming Championships! Aimee Cara won several medals and Darby, competing against older children pulled off some personal bests! Well done girls! We are very, very proud of you!
