Scottish Assembly
Our Scottish assembly will be held on 29th January when the children will be reciting Scottish poems and songs. It would be nice if the children could wear something tartan for the day. There will be no charge for this.
We will also be having a special Scottish themed lunch on Wednesday 27th January.
The menu will consist of: haggis or vegetarian haggis, neeps and tatties; scotch pie, beans and waffles and the usual choice of sandwiches and baked potatoes. Free school entitlement will be the same as normal.

Winter Weather Update
Now that Winter has properly begun we would like to take this opportunity to let you know that the school paths and areas of the playground have been gritted.
Could you please remind your child to stay on the gritted areas to help avoid any accidents? We will also continue to remind the children and will do so today at assembly.
Children will be kept in at playtime and lunchtime until such times as the weather improves and it is safe for them to be outside again.
We will continue to monitor this situation.
Once again thank you for your continued support.
