Show week is nearly upon us and rehearsals are in full swing! Tickets are selling well, thank you for your continued support.
We have a few changes to our daily routine for show week as follows:
Monday/Tuesday – break will be 10.00am – 10.15am and lunch will be 11.45am – 12.30pm to allow a half hour turnaround for the start of the show at 1.00pm.
Thursday – our daily routine will remain the same. Children should return to school for 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start, no uniform required.
Children should come to school for the pantomime on Thursday in school uniform. Buses are leaving at 9.15am so it is important that children are on time. They should bring a snack and a drink to take to the pantomime and will have lunch on their return to school.
As explained in the Christmas Events letter, due to the late return from the pantomime the dinner hall can only offer sandwiches for lunch on Thursday. In order for these to be prepared your child should order their lunch tomorrow (Wednesday) for Thursday. Your child can of course bring a packed lunch if they don’t want to order a school lunch. All Primary 1’s – 3’s will order a school lunch as will everyone entitled to a free school meal however, if your child really doesn’t want a school lunch they can of course bring a packed lunch. Please ensure your child knows if they are bringing a packed lunch or are ordering a school lunch.
We have our weekly class Dojo winners and our “It’s Good To Be Me” pupils of the week are Hannah and Millie with their medal for Cheerleading, well done everyone!
We also had quite a few Birthdays, congratulations to everyone who had a Birthday over the last two weeks!
Remember our Christmas Fayre tomorrow from 10.00am until 12.00pm. Santa will be here and there will be lots of amazing crafts made by the children for sale! Not to mention our fabulous raffle and tombola amongst other stalls! Come along and join in the festive fun!
It was time for Mrs Hunter to host her monthly Tea Party today for all the children who received an invitation, whether it was for their hard work or a surprise invite in their Birthday card!!!
Don’t forget to order your child’s Christmas Cards online. Today is the last day to place your order! Please send your money/cheque into school tomorrow to ensure your order is processed.
