Our annual personalised Christmas Card artwork will be distributed to children today or tomorrow. There are a few changes to ordering this year.
Orders can only be placed online and MUST be completed by Monday 21st November 2016.
There are six easy steps to ordering online which are detailed on your child’s artwork.
Payment should be sent into the school by Tuesday 22nd November in your child’s polypocket or in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name, class and reference number from their artwork for your order to be processed.
Orders will be delivered to the school and will not be released unless full payment has been received.
We had two “It’s Good To Be Me!” pupils this week. Lauren showed us all her fabulous dancing trophy and Sophia shared her beautiful paintings with everyone! Thank you girls.
The Charity Council told everyone about their plans for Children In Need next Friday. Don’t forget to wear something spotty and bring your £1 for this amazing charity. We look forward to seeing everyone’s “Pudsey Jumps”! Letters in bags tonight!

We are still awaiting numerous tear off slips with regards to our new system Groupcall Xpressions. This system will give us the ability to communicate with you through electronic means dispensing the need for countless pieces of paper being sent home. This will ensure any correspondence goes directly to your mobile phone or tablet and isn’t left in trays or lost in bags! Our intention has always been to move towards paperless communication and this gives us the perfect platform. If you are not subscribed to this system you may miss out on vital correspondence from the school as this is how we will distribute letters/newsletters/information etc in the future. We are delighted to say we have just been awarded our Green Flag Award by Eco-Schools and Keep Scotland Beautiful again this year. That makes it six years in a row! We are now one of 46% of participants to have attained this internationally-recognised symbol.

We are pleased to announce a brand new service for parents to ensure communication between the school and yourselves is easier, more effective and efficient!
The children were given letters with more information last week. To run this system effectively we need to ensure we have up to date email addresses and mobile numbers for parents therefore the letter requested a return slip be completed and returned to the school by tomorrow, Friday 4th November.
Unfortunately we are still awaiting a large number of replies. Please be advised that once this system is in place this will be our main means of communication with parents. If you are not registered you may not receive vital correspondence from the school.
