Congratulations to our weekly Class Dojo winners and Effective Contributors!

Happy Birthday to everyone who has had a Birthday in the last week and a special Happy Birthday to our dinner lady who was 21 again today!

Well done also to Neve and Chloe who raised £521 for McMillan Cancer Care by selling loom bands and arranging a coffee afternoon. What an achievement girls!

HEAD LICE

We have had an outbreak of Head Lice in the school. Please check your child’s hair and treat if necessary.

SPECIAL LUNCH

We will be serving a special lunch on Friday 13th October. The menu will be hot dogs, cheese toasties, baked potatoes and snacks to go.

Primary 1 parents, we have been advised that the primary 1 class photos will feature in the Cumbernauld News this week. Don’t forget to buy your copy!

We had a busy assembly today.

We had our weekly Class Dojo winners and Responsible Citizens and a few “It’s Good To Be Me” pupils too.

Daniel brought his Great Scottish Run medal to show everyone, London brought in her dance trophy and Jack is now an orange belt at Taekwondo!

Well done to everyone!

We also had a few Birthdays from the last week, Happy Birthday to everyone!

We had special visitors at our assembly today. Scottish Water came along to talk to us about being safety aware around work sites.

Scottish Water will be carrying out works on Whitelees Road during the October week holiday.

FIRST TEA PARTY OF THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR!

It was Tea Time at Whitelees today!

Mrs Hunter hosted her first monthly tea party of the school year for pupils who have worked hard and some who were lucky enough to receive an invitation in their Birthday card!
