We have been made aware of an issue with booking appointments for Parent’s Evening.  Please accept our apologies for this.  Whilst appointments are available at our end they don’t seem to be showing for parents.  We will work on resolving the issue today.  We will let you know as soon as it has been resolved.  

Many thanks for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

Parents Evening will take place on Thursday 9^th October 2025 from 3.30pm – 5.30pm and 6.30pm – 8.30pm.  As before, appointments can be made online only and available slots will be visible when you log in.  Log onto http://www.parents-booking.co.uk/whiteleesprimary.  Please note you need to type this address into your website browser’s ‘address bar’. Do not try to ‘Google’ this website address or use a search engine as that will not work. This is a common mistake on phones and tablets especially.  Login to see which appointments are available and select one that is convenient for you. 

You will need:  

• Your title and surname (these must match those we have on record for you). 
• Your child’s first name, surname and date of birth. 

The system will be live from 22^nd September 2025 at 5.00pm and will be open to take your bookings until 5^th October at 5.00pm.  Appointment times will be available when you log on. 

Troubleshooting Tips – please read before booking 

• To login you need to enter the details we have on record for you and your child.  If you have recently changed your title or surname, for example, and not informed us, we will be expecting you to login with the details we have on record. 
• The email address you enter is only used to receive a confirmation of your appointment.  If the system gives you an error when you login, it will not be the email address that is the problem. 
• If you have several children to make bookings for, and decide not to use the Booking Wizard, but instead make appointments individually, use the ‘Change Child’ button on the blue bar (above the school’s name) in the very top left corner of the Parent’s Booking Page to swap between your children.

A quick reminder that school closes at 1.00pm and nursery closes at 12.50pm tomorrow for the Summer break.

There will be a change to the school lunch menu tomorrow.  We will be serving:

Red – Hot Dogs
Green – Toasties
Blue – Sandwiches

Please note as the school closes at 1.00pm on Wednesday 25th June only sandwiches will be available for lunch.

Children are welcome to dress down on Wednesday 25th June for our last day.

Please be reminded that children should still wear uniform on Monday and Tuesday 23rd and 24th June.  This consists of:

Black trousers/skirt
White shirt
School Tie
Blue Jumper/Cardigan

If it is your child’s PE day they should come to school in PE kit.  This consists of:

Black/Blue shorts/leggings
White t-shirt

As always if you have any pre-loved uniform for our swap shop this can be handed into the school on Wednesday.

Children will participate in a variety of activities throughout the day and should come to school in PE kit suitable for outdoors.

Adults are welcome to attend from 1:30pm with the races for the children (and adults) starting at 2.00pm. – Both gates will be open for entry. 

The Parent Council will be selling refreshments, look out for their stall!
