Kodaly Music
Primary 5 have been having great fun learning different musical skills with Mrs MacGregor.
Literacy and Numeracy through play
Primary 1b have been working hard learning their common words and numbers to 10 through a variety of activities.
STEM Challenge
The children were given a challenge to design and make a pencil case that could hold 20 pencils. Their design must have a lid and a handle. Look at their creative work!
Introducing Natural Disasters
We are working together to identify where we think natural disasters happen in the world and what they look like.
Pupil Voice
We have been working together to discuss the question set by the Pupil Council about what improvements can be made at playtime and lunchtime.
Changes to Nursery Enrolment
North Lanarkshire Council has changed the admissions process as per the poster attached. We would be grateful if you would notify any family or friends in the area which this may apply to.

Shrines to Our Lady
We have been learning about the shrine to Our Lady in the town of Montserrat in Spain. We have created a poster to display our knowledge to others. This will be displayed in the hall.
Celebrating Success
This talented girl won a trophy for her skills in dancing. 
Parent Workshops
Along with the workshop below, our Primary 1 and 2 staff will share information with parents on how Literacy and Numeracy is delivered through Play in Infant Classes and give advice about how best to support this at home. This will also take place on 11th September at 6pm in the school.
