Active Literacy Tasks
These children have been achieving success in Literacy by creating their common words using different resources.
Halloween Parade
The infants, including the nursery and P. 1 – 3 pupils, will take part in
our Halloween Parade on Friday 31st Oct at 1.30 p.m. within the
school.
Reading Together
Primary 3/2 have enjoyed taking part in some paired reading activities this week.
The Rainforest
This week we began our topic on the rainforest.
The children shared what they already knew about the rainforest, what they would like to find out about the rainforest and any questions they had.
Number Lines
Primary 4/3 were given the task to write a number on their board and get into the correct order from smallest to largest without speaking to each other.
Place Value
Primary 3/2 have been working hard on their Place Value knowledge through a variety of active tasks.
Other Achievements
Very proud of this Primary 3/2 boy for receiving an award at football.
The Lion Inside
Primary 3/2 enjoyed responding to ‘The Lion Inside’ by creating their own dramatic animals.
Roots of Empathy
Primary 3 noticed a big difference in their Roots of Empathy baby. She has learned so much since her last visit.
