Primary 1 Home Learning

Dear Parents and Carers,

Please find some initial activities to support your child’s learning at home.  The activities should be fun and reflect the kind of learning that takes place in class.  We will continue to update you with further information but hope these tasks give you some direction and support in the meantime.

Dear parent/carers,

There will be home learning grids uploaded shortly for you to use during the initial period of school closure.

Please click the link below for a help sheet on how to use your GLOW login details. Take some time during this initial phase to familiarise yourself with how GLOW looks.

There will be further help sheets and information uploaded to the website on how to use the features of GLOW. These will be uploaded soon.

We will update you with further information in due course.

We understand that these are challenging times for all our families and staff. Please know that we will work closely together in the coming days and weeks to support the learning and wellbeing of our pupils.

Your child should have received a reminder of their GLOW details. If you still require them, please email

CCraig@cumbernauld-pri.n-lanark.sch.uk   with your child’s name and class.

When required, the school blog (website)  will be updated with help sheets on  how to access GLOW.

Outdoor Maths!

Some of the children from P1b took their maths learning outside in the sunshine today. They collected sticks that were thick and thin and then had a go at ordering them from shortest to tallest. It was great fun!
