Our school day runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
⏰ Interval: 10:30am – 10:45am
🍽️ Lunch: 12:15pm – 1:00pm
Start of the Day
The playground is supervised from 8:50am.
Children should not be in the playgrounds before this time, as supervision is not available.
Children should arrive in time for a prompt start at 9:00am.
We do not use school bells. A whistle is used at 9:00am to signal the start of the school day.
Parents and carers of children in Primaries 1–3 may come into the playgrounds in the morning.
When the whistle sounds, all parents and carers should leave promptly so that the school day can begin smoothly.
Breakfast Club
🥣 Breakfast Club is available from 8:15am.
Last food service is at 8:50am.
End of the Day
School finishes at 3:00pm.
Parents and carers of children in Primary 1–3 may come into the playgrounds to collect their child.
Children in Primary 4–7 are dismissed by their class teacher.
Parents and carers are responsible for ensuring their child knows their arrangements for going home at the end of the school day.
End of Day Arrangements
If there is a change to your child’s usual arrangements, please contact the school office as early as possible.
To support a smooth and safe end to the day, we ask that children are clear about their arrangements before arriving at school wherever possible.
Late changes close to 3:00pm can be difficult to manage and should be avoided unless necessary.
Playground Safety
For the safety of all children:
- Dogs are not permitted in the playground
- Children should not ride bikes or scooters in the playground
Attendance and Punctuality
Good attendance and punctuality are important to support children’s learning.
If your child is going to be absent or late, please inform the school as soon as possible, preferably through ParentsPortal.
