We take a flexible and responsive approach, recognising that children’s needs can change over time. Support is planned, reviewed and adapted to ensure children continue to make progress.
We work closely with families and partner agencies to provide a coordinated and consistent approach. Through strong relationships and an inclusive ethos, children feel valued, supported and able to succeed.
