In our nursery, learning is shaped by children’s interests, experiences and relationships.

Children learn through play that is meaningful to them. Through their play, they develop communication, early literacy and numeracy, problem-solving, creativity and the ability to work with others.

Our skilled staff play a key role in supporting learning. They observe children closely, listen carefully and respond in the moment, extending thinking through interactions, questioning and shared experiences.

Learning is not separated into subjects. Instead, children experience rich, connected opportunities that support their development across all areas.

The environment continues to be developed to support curiosity, independence and exploration. Children are encouraged to make choices, take the lead in their learning and become deeply involved in their play.

We place a strong emphasis on wellbeing, recognising that children learn best when they feel safe, confident and engaged.
