At Abronhill Primary School and Nursery Class, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We know that when children feel safe, understood and valued, they are much more ready to learn, and we work hard to make sure this is the experience of every child.

We have high expectations for all of our children. We want them to achieve, to be confident in themselves and to develop the skills they need for learning, life and work. We know our children well and are committed to getting it right for them.

Our curriculum is designed to be engaging and meaningful. We place a strong focus on play, enquiry and active learning, giving children opportunities to lead their learning, share their views and build confidence.

We are proud of our school community and the way we work together with families and partners. We are here to support our families as well as our children, and we value strong, positive relationships between home and school.
