Child Protection

Child Protection concern? Should you have any concerns related to a potential Child Protection issue involving a pupil from Coltness High then these should be directed to Mr David MacPherson, the school’s Child Protection Officer. This should be done with the utmost urgency. In his absence Mr John McGilp, Head Teacher, is available to discuss any such issues. Child Protection concerns could arise from: • A child stating abuse has taken place, or feels unsafe • A third-party allegation being received • A child’s appearance, behaviour or statements causing suspicion of abuse ALL non-CP matters should in the 1st instance be directed to the PT PS

LGBT Health and Wellbeing

LGBT Health and Wellbeing

LGBT Health and Wellbeing offers the LGBT Helpline Scotland (0300 123 2523) every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm to 9pm and Tursday and Sunday 1pm-6pm. The service offers information and emotional support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their families, friends and supporters across Scotland.
