Rugby starts back this week with two opportunities to get involved. Tuesday lunchtimes offer S1 and S2 boys and girls the opportunity to play touch rugby, come along to the sports barn to get involved. Wednesday afterschool sees the start of the Wishaw Warriors training, an opportunity for S1 to S6 boys and girls to take part in contact rugby training with pupils from Calderhead, Clyde Valley and St Aidan’s High School. This replaces the Barbarians training at Dalziel park and should run this term from 3pm – 4.45pm, please bring outdoor kit and a mouth guard if you have one. Don’t worry if you have never played rugby before, coaches are on hand to offer advice and training.
