Works will start at the bottom of Biggar Road, just before the bridge for up to 4 weeks, to resolve the continual and historic flooding. This could be in place from Wednesday/Thursday next week.
A shuttle bus will be in place to take residents to and from Cleland.
The diversion will be to Peggy Whites roundabout at Newhouse, down the A73 and back in from Bellside roundabout (opposite direction from Cleland).
At this time I am unsure if there will be any pedestrian access. I will keep you updated!
