The winner of this year’s poetry competition to celebrate National Poetry Day was Lara, a pupil from 1S1. The theme of this year’s competition was ‘Freedom’ and her poem, also entitled ‘Freedom’, is displayed in the library. Abby’s poem has also been sent to the Scottish Poetry Library in Edinburgh. Well done Lara!
