Final official SQA Practical Music Exams are taking place in the school this week on Thursday 9th March and then next week on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. All S4 and S5/S6 music exam pupils have been given 2 exam slot times and the exact times have been posted outside Mr Johnston’s music room. All Coltness High music pupils are aware of these times. These are final official SQA exams in front of a visiting external examiner and cannot be missed otherwise no award will be given for the pupil’s Nat 5/Higher music. If a pupil is ill on the day of their scheduled exam time slot the school must be informed and Mr Johnston will call you back to explain the doctor’s medical certificate procedures necessary to fulfil SQA return exam visit entitlement.
