If you are 16 between 1 October 15 and 28 February 16 your EMA application form must be received by the EMA Section by 29 February for payment of the award to be backdated to January 2016. If necessary, please submit your form without documents in order to ensure the application reaches us on time. Applications received after this date will only be processed from the date the application is received. No applications will be accepted after 31 March 2016.
