Nine S1 to S6 pupils took part in the North Lanarkshire Swimming Championships at the Tryst Leisure Centre on Wednesday 4th November. Mia Rae, Alex Millar, Jessica Dunn, Amy Taylor (S1), David Cringles, Alex Taylor, Kerri Thorburn (S3), Craig McRoberts (S4) and Jodie Thorburn (S6). Great effort and performances were displayed by them all with notable PB’s and Scottish qualifying results recorded. Craig and Jodie secured bronze medals in the 100 and 200m front crawl and the 100 and 200m breast stroke respectively. Well done to all and good luck in the Scottish in January.
