It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Braidhurst High School website. We hope that the content provides helpful information about our school community and gives you an insight into our vision, values and wider achievements. At Braidhurst we have high expectations for all our young people and strive to create a nurturing, aspirational and vibrant learning community, where everyone feels valued and included. We work very closely with parents, carers, and the local community to ensure that all young people are supported and have the opportunity to succeed.
The school opened in 1962, so this session we celebrate our 60th anniversary. We are very proud of the many achievements that the school and its pupils have enjoyed in that time. As a staff we are committed to ensuring that the school continues to develop, providing further opportunities for success, now and in the future.
