Katrina Campbell: School Careers Advisor

Katrina is based in school 4 days per week (Mon – Thu). She works for SDS (Skills Development Scotland) the national skills agency for Scotland. SDS have at least one careers adviser in every public school in Scotland and Katrina’s role in school is to support all pupils to make and sustain successful transitions by offering:

• One to one career coaching
• Group sessions (S1 to S6)
• A “drop-in” service
• Available for advice at parents evenings, careers fairs etc
• Helping pupils develop their Career Management Skills
