Within Hillend Children Centre we use a range of communication methods to support all children to have a voice and express themselves.
Theses include:
- Objects of reference
- Visual timetables and PECS
- Big Mac Buttons (used to record sound & word)
- Makaton
- BSL ( British Sign Language)
