When allocating a place, the Head of Centre will send a letter to the parent(s) informing them of the place available and inviting them to the Centre for enrolment. At this meeting the parent will fill in various forms, discuss placement, transport arrangements, fees, starting date/time and settling in process. The parent and child will be introduced to the child’s keyworker who will show them around the centre and introduce them to other members of staff.
You will also be asked to complete a “Care Plan”/All about Me booklet so that the keyworker gains knowledge of your child and his/her individual needs and requirements.
