We value the views of our young people and consult them regularly to ensure our activities offer the best possible learning and teaching opportunities. Pupils and parents are encouraged to leave feedback for us in person, via twitter, youth parliament, departmental comments box or telephone call. At regular intervals we evaluate our learning and teaching practices and share examples of good practice to ensure continuous improvement.
As a team we have developed numerous strategies to ensure that we differentiate all activities to suit the needs of each individual learner. Pupils have the opportunity to opt into particular classes as part of our personalisation and choice. This helps to ensure that pupils’ are working in the most suitable environment for them.
