Maths: More fractions revision
I have also updated the test from yesterday on Sumdog. Well done to those of you that have completed it already! Part 2 is a little different and may take you a little longer to make sure you have enough time to complete it in one sitting.
Art: If you have these items in your house, try making one of these cool lava lamps! You will need an adult to oversee this so make sure you have your parents permission first!

I just wanted to ask if I can download AppStore in our iPads so we can upgrade Sumdog ?
And the pages you gave us of maths in the learning pack I know that they are from the 2b teejay book and I have it my father bought me it from amazon when the school closed!

there’s an App Store type of tile on your iPad already called Self Service- these are apps which Glasgow City Council have given permission for you to download (as they are the ones who own the iPad). I’m not sure you can use that to upgrade your Sumdog so have a go and let me know how you get on.

Coronavirus stinks . I had such good plans for summer with my cousins but its all cancelled now all you do is sit at home yay sooo boring i just wish i was at school even assessments is better than staying at home i mean like at least your doing some thing though right i cant even keep my self entertained. I have no quiz on my Sumdog nothing came up it just said maths spelling or grammer.
keep it on the maths section and it should come up after 15 minutes of playing games. Considerate games your warm up! haha

I miss coming to school and I miss talking and playing with my friends the most and I miss you sooo much .
Miss I am forgetting about percentages but just a little so I was hoping that you could explain about percentages .
Yes Aamna we haven’t done percentages in a while. Remember that the /100 for fractions just means divided by 100, and a percentage is always out of 100. So if it asks you to find 50% of something it means 50/100 which is the same as 1/2 or diving by 2.
I will try to find some better explanations online and send them to you.
Can you tell me which part it is you need help with? Is it comparing percentages to fractions and decimals or finding the percentage of a number?
