Good morning P6.

Can you believe it is the final day of school today?!

I have been so lucky to get to spend the year with each and every one of you and I am so proud of how much you have achieved. You are all so ready for P7 and to rule the school!

Take care of yourselves and your families and have a fantastic summer! I can’t wait to see you all in August!

As always, if you need me I am always available on What’sApp or email any time of day (don’t believe me ask Hubaib haha) so please don’t be a stranger!

Good afternoon P6.

Hope you are all well. I have some news and requests for you today.

Report Cards- Report Cards and certificates are being given out tomorrow! Your parents should have been notified about this but basically each class has an hour time slot to come and collect their report card, certificate and to find out what group you will be in for P7 next year and who your teacher will be.

We will not have full classes next year, you will be in a class with around 14 others and you will only be in school 2 days a week. If you have any questions about that we will be there tomorrow to answer them as you collect your things. Some of you also left some things in your trays so I have those to return to you tomorrow as well! Aliyan, Ameer and Farah-please do make sure these are collected tomorrow as they cannot fit inside your report card envelope!

The P6 time slot is 2pm but if you have siblings and want to come as a whole family you can come during their time instead. I will be there all day and I can’t wait to see your gorgeous faces!

School Captains and Vice `Captains-

We need to start thinking about who would like this responsibility for next year, If you are interested in one of the positions for your house can you let me know. Send me and email, WhatsApp me or tell me in person tomorrow. We will let you know how we are going to get you to share your ideas with the school as of course there are no assemblies!

Good morning P6!

Hope you had a lovely week last week and enjoyed the sunshine over the weekend.

The teachers have been in school all week painting the corridors so the place will be unrecognisable when you return! Massive thank you to those of you that give suggestions for the painting that is being done in the Upper Playground Space. If you have anymore suggestions please send me a message this week as there are now only 2 weeks of school left until summer!

Here are some tasks for you to try. Remember you should still be reading at home and using Sumdog and other similar activities on a regular basis.

I have become completely addicted to an online game called 2048.

It’s a grid puzzle where you move the mouse to link up matching numbers which will then double. So for example if you put a 2 and another 2 together they turn into a 4 tile. It sounds a bit weird and boring but I swear it’s really fun and I have  spent far too much time on this over the past week haha!

Good morning P6! Hope you had a lovely weekend.

Your task for this week is a little different to usual. As you know, teachers are now in the school building getting it ready for when you come back in August. Last week I was in to tidy and clear out the school so that we have lots of space for you.

This week we are wanting to make the school look beautiful, and we need your help!

Mrs Pattie is getting an artist to spray paint a really cool mural in the upper playground and she wants your ideas! What would you like to see on the wall? Think about our school and what it stands for; love, respect, equality and learning.

Good afternoon P6 and happy June! Can’t believe we’re in the last month of P6 already!

Things are going to be a little bit different this month. Teachers are back in the school building getting it safe and ready for everyone to come back after the summer holiday.

Because of this there will no longer be a blog post of tasks for you everyday. Instead I ask you to look back on old blog posts for tasks you have not completed, using your sumdog account and going back to the learning pack that was delivered to you.

There will be some posts on some days and I will still post your work on a Friday so keep sending me things you are proud of!
