Community news:
There is a family activity taking place at the Wardlaw Museum in St Andrews. The event is free and explores the life of Mary, Queen of Scots through hands on spy-themed activities, including archery, secret code making, crafts, spy missions and a chance to guess the mystery ice cream flavour. There’s even a free ice cream for everyone. The event takes place on Saturday 2 May from 12pm to 4pm at the Wardlaw Museum, The Scores, St Andrews. Barnardo’s Fife Substance Use Education team invite parents/carers of P7 pupils to come along to an interactive workshop to hear more about the current context relating to drugs (including legal drugs such as vaping and alcohol) and young people, and how to have open conversations with your young person about this topic click here for more info.. There is a choice of an online workshop on 13th May from 6:30-8:15pm or an in-person workshop on 4th June at the Barnardo’s Fife Office at Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy (full address and directions will be provided).
