P5d have been very busy this afternoon leading their own learning. We spent some time working in pairs, in Google Classroom, thinking of some topics to learn about. As today is internet safety, we thought about how we spent our time online.
This afternoon we:
- discussed how we use the internet / technology in our everyday lives
- demonstrated, using Chromebooks, how we are responsible internet users
- showed how we can use search engines effectively
- used a search engine to find facts on our chosen topics
- used Google Classroom to work independently and collaboratively as a class
- used Google Classroom to share ideas and opinions
- discussed the dangers of the internet and came up with ideas of how we could stay safe!
