There was much excitement this afternoon when we had our first lesson on relationships, sexual health and parenthood.
We discussed the changes that take place in all of our bodies and the different changes that occur in the male and female body.

The Magical Lamp
The magical lamp has arrived.
We are very grateful to our lovely dinner lady, Davinder for handing in an Aladdin’s lamp for us to use for our school show. It is porcelain and we want to return it in one piece!😱
Please if anyone has an Aladdin’s lamp that is made out of plastic or metal and don’t mind us borrowing it. We would most definitely welcome it instead. Who knows, we might even find a genie living inside.🧞♀️

First Few Weeks of 2020
What a busy start we have had to term 2! With our auditions complete, our school show Aladdin rehearsals are well and truly underway.
We met our pupil groups last week, where we were taking the lead role in the running of the group. Here is a photo of the School Ground Keepers.
Last Friday we also began our Super Skills, where we were learning some of the skills within Expressive Arts.
This week we started our Learning Partners with younger pupils and we have really enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them. Look out on our school Twitter page for photographs.

We are very excited about our show Aladdin! Over the next few weeks start to practise the songs at home, as we learn them in school.

Welcome back, it was lovely to see everyone back today. I hope everyone had a fun and restful holiday. Looking forward to a fabulous year ahead. We were blown away by the auditions today and are looking forward to the call backs tomorrow.
