Healthier Minds Service

Targeted

Children and young people aged 8 -18 years old will be offered timely and appropriate support for their mental and emotional wellbeing. Ensuring that the right support is given at the right time in non-emergency situations.

This work is being led by a multidisciplinary team, known as the Healthier Minds Team. Membership of the multidisciplinary team includes personnel from CAMHS, Education, Educational Psychology, Health & Social Care. The team provide 1-1 and group support that is needs led, as well as providing support and capacity building within schools.

Healthier Minds Screening Hub:
Our multiagency screening hub review and discuss children and young people’s referrals, allocating the most appropriate support based on their needs.
