Wellbeing Strategies

This section of the website contains suggestions of a range of different strategies and ways to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. This includes relaxation strategies, mindfulness, making a self soothe box, journaling and various other self-care activities.

These strategies can be preventative – so done on a regular basis to promote positive wellbeing, or reactive – done during times of stress or when positive wellbeing has reduced.
