Congratulation to Jamie Rigg of S3 who represented the West of Scotland Boccia squad at the recent open championships held at The Peak Centre, Stirling and won gold in the disability junior section which is a great achievement as it was his first competition!. Well done Jamie!

Colorado Skiing Trip January 2012 S1-S3 Mr Gibson has managed to secure a couple of extra places for the skiing trip to Colorado in January. Any pupils wishing more information please meet Mr Gibson in the PE Department.
The S1 Fun Run and a ‘Non Uniform’ Day for the whole school are taking place on Thursday 22 September to raise money for the ‘Adopt an Olympian’ scheme in support of Lynne Beattie, former Head Girl and current captain of the GB Women’s Olympic Volleyball Team.
EPIC WIN! Huge congratulations to Sow Good Young Enterprise Team who won the Renfrewshire Area Finals last Thursday.
The team took 5 awards out of 7, an unbelievable result. Sow Good won in the categories of Marketing, Trade Stand, Business Report/Interview, Presentation and Overall Best Company.
They were also a credit to themselves and their school as they socialised with other young entrepreneurs throughout the day and gave a very positive and friendly account of MCHS.
Sow Good will now be representing Renfrewshire in the National finals in June so watch this space!
