All pupils who are cycling to school next week are reminded that they will receive a free bike health check on Thursday. The Health and Wellbeing Team are looking to get as many pupils to cycle into school on Thursday to take advantage of this great offer.

All pupils attending the Hampden Trip should attend a meeting in room D13 on Friday 7th June at 12.45pm. Outstanding consent forms should be handed to Mr Phillips as soon as possible.
This is a reminder to all new S5 and S6 pupils that classes start on Friday 7th June. S5 pupils will get their new timetables at assembly at the start of the day and S6 pupils have their traditional ‘S6 Induction day’.
As you are aware at Mearns Castle we are determined to achieve excellence in every dimension of the life and work of our school. This ambition includes aspiring to the highest possible standard of school uniform.
You will hopefully be aware that from the start of this session we have made substantial improvements to the standard of our school uniform. We have maintained these improved standards throughout the session and the improvement has really enhanced the high quality ethos of our school. It is our intention that these high standards are maintained henceforth.

A whole box of lost items including watches, jewellery, pencil cases etc has been handed into the office. If you have lost anything over the past few months and have had no luck so far please ask at the office.
