We have an opening for people who are interested in philosophy. We meet in Mr Wyroslawski’s room every Wednesday lunchtime. So if you’re not sure whether the sound made by the person who started this sentence ever existed, or whether it would still have existed if they never read the sentence… come along!

Answers, as usual, to any Social Subjects teacher
Any S4 or S5 pupil who is considering leaving school after the summer and who wants to apply for a college course, apprenticeship or a job, should give their name to Mrs Gordon and their Pupil Support Teacher so they may be given help from the school and our careers advisor, Carol Ann Love.
All S2 pupils who expressed an interest in the above trip should attend a meeting in the old gym at the morning interval on Friday 13th January.
Please note that the evening sessions for this forum in February and May will not now take place. Theses dates were not included in the letter to parents but remained on the Education departmental calendar.
The format of this forum is under review with the possibility of a larger scale event nearer the end of session 2011-12. Further information will be shared later this term.
