SUPPORTING OUR YOUNG PEOPLE – SAMH WELLBEING RESOURCES

During Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week we want to give you the tools to support the young people in your lives:

  • Am I ok?  is a resource designed for children and young people so they can better understand their own wellbeing. Why not share this with a young person?
  • Right now, we know many of you are home schooling and caring for young people who are at home, which can be tough. Our ‘Mindfulness Scavenger Hunt’ is a fun activity for children, young people and families, and can help to get you out and about for some daily exercise.
