Christmas Fair Success!
Thank you so much to everyone who came along to support our Christmas Fair! It was great to see the school so busy and have such a buzz about the place!
We are delighted to share that the Fair raised an incredible amount of: £1444.08!!! Thank you so much everyone!!!

RespectMe Parent Survey
As you are all aware, we began our RespectMe journey during Anti-Bullying Week. We would appreciate your time in filling out our questionnaire as this will give us an indication of opinions and perceptions of what bullying is and the implications it may have. This will give us a starting point in our journey and will allow us to measure change.

Xmas Fair Secret Square- squares still available!
What an amazing turnout at our Christmas Fair! Â Thanks to everyone who supported the school by attending and donating.
The P7 Residential fundraiser still has a few squares remaining, with the opportunity to win £100!
If you would like to enter, our P7’s will be coming round the classes starting tomorrow.  Squares cost £2, with the winner being drawn once all 100 squares are sold.  Square will be sold on a first come first served basis.
Please send £2 in with your child if you would like to purchase a square!  Good luck!
Christmas Fair 26/11/22
We are so excited that there is only 1 more sleep until our much-loved Christmas Fair is BACK!!!
Come and join us tomorrow Saturday 26th November from 10am until 12pm at New Cumnock Primary School and enjoy our stalls with a hot snack and entertainment.
A few things to note this year:
- The entrance to our Fair this year will be at the back of the main car park, through the main gates into the playground. Our Elves will be there to greet you!
- In the playground, you will be able to visit Dr Bike who will be there carrying out bike safety checks and have bike models there for you to try before you buy. We are sure this is a popular item on many Christmas lists this year!
- Our School Choir will also be singing to welcome you all into the Fair. Any donations to their fundraising bucket would be greatly appreciated.
- Please ensure you bring money to the fair as all stalls will be operating with cash. Card payments will not be possible.
- There will be teas, coffees, hot rolls and shortbread available to buy too.
- You may find it useful to bring a ‘bag for life’ or regular carrier bag with you, as we are confident our guests will find many products they will want to buy!
As you can see from the photos above, this year is set to be our biggest and best Fair yet! We can’t wait to welcome our supporters and small businesses. Come and visit us to see:
PATHS Training
Our Classroom Assistants took part in a training session on Thursday with our PATHS coordinator Katrina McGovern. Considering PATHS messages, they made a plan to improve our playground. Watch this space for more information!
Be Bright Be Seen – Friday 25th November
Amy and Aleesha, our JRSO officers, presented an informative PPT to both infant and upper assemblies on Friday. They explained that we will be celebrating Be Bright Be Seen day on Friday 25th November. Children should come to school wearing bright and creative clothing.
