We were delighted to have a visit from Chris from the SSPCA on Friday to both our infant and upper Get2gethers.
He told us all about the charity and what we should do if we suspect an animal is in danger. Our free pencils and stickers will be useful for reminding us of the telephone number should we ever need it!

We are very keen to get our school Breakfast Club up and running soon!
To support us in doing so, we are looking for parent/carer volunteers to help us to supervise this Mon-Fri 8.15am-8.45am.
If this is something you would be keen to support us with, please fill in the contact form with your details below.
Please specify which days you would be available to help, as this will help us to create a rota when the club is established.
A PVG will be carried out and paid for by the school for those who are selected.
Many thanks for your continued support.
Our Parent’s Group are looking for donations of wool to help with our Christmas craft sessions. Preferably in festive colours of red and green if possible, however, we would be delighted with any donations.
If you can help us, please send in your wool with your child to give to Mrs Bradford or Mrs McNulty.
Many thanks in advance.
We are delighted to share that our much-loved Christmas Fair is BACK!!!
Come and join us on Saturday 26th November from 10am until 12pm and enjoy our stalls with a hot snack and entertainment.
This year is set to be our biggest and best fair yet! We can’t wait to welcome our supporters and small businesses. Come and visit us to see:
We were delighted to welcome Christine Wilson and our local minister Ken Yorke to NCPS to our Friday Get2gether. They spoke to the children about special memories, including what we should remember when we see the poppy. The children were reminded that poppies are worn as a show of support for the Armed Forces community. The poppy is a well-known and well-established symbol, one that carries a wealth of history and meaning with it. House Captains will continue to go round classes this week to collect donations for Poppy Scotland.
Primary 3/4 to Primary 7 Leadership Groups were re-established on Friday 3rd November. This year we have 5 groups:
Ask your child which group they belong to!
Our group of parents and teachers who have formed to create our Respect Me, Anti-Bullying group, attended training last Wednesday 2nd November from 6.30 till 7.45, run by the Scottish Attainment Challenge team.
Please follow our Blog in the near future for more information. This session we are working together to raise awareness of respectful relationships and anti-bullying.
