Teams and Vscene Meetings

A reminder that Teams and Vscene meetings will take place this week.

P1 and P1/2 meetings will be Vscene and all others will be through Teams

Does your child struggle with glare, discomfort or blurry words when using an iPhone/iPad? This might help,,,,,,

EAST has created a video which explains how to get a coloured overlay through accessibility features .

Mobile testing Unit-NW Kilmarnock

Staff Rota- Hub

A reminder that there will be one member of teaching staff in each Bubble in the school per day . On the day they are in the Hub, teachers will not be able to access emails/answer queries on Teams etc as easily/quickly as they would when working from home.

P1 Registration Reminder-August 21 intake

 

If your child is due to start school in August 2021 we would be delighted for them to join our Mount Carmel family.😀

Due to the current situation, registration will  not take place at individual schools. It will be completed online between:

Monday 11th January and Friday 15th January

To complete the online registration you will need the following :

  • a copy of your child’s birth certificate

two proofs of your residency within the catchment area, for example, Council Tax Notice and utility bill .

You must register your child in only one school, either the denominational or non-denominational school for your catchment area. If you are unable to register online then please phone your local school who will assist you to register your child .

School Car Park

A polite reminder that the school car park is for staff only. 

Can we please ask that when parents/carers are dropping off/picking children up from the school , even during this lockdown period, that they do not use the school car park.
