Goodbye Primary 7

Yesterday we had a lovely day celebrating our leavers , even if it was the hottest day of the year!
We started with a special Leavers’ Mass led by Bishop Frank, followed by a fun and emotional leavers’ assembly full of memories and smiles (and some tears!)
I will really miss them all – it’s been such a pleasure to be their teacher, and in the words of their song, “when you finally fly away, I’ll be hoping that I served you well.” 💫
Love Mrs Terras

Sports clothing Thursday 18th June
Sports Day has been cancelled due to the predicted weather, however, children can still wear sports clothing to school on Thursday.
Sports Day
Unfortunatley due to the predicted weather forecast for tomorrow we have taken the difficult and sad decision to cancel our Sports day tomorrow. As previoulsy stated due to the volume of other events happening within the school over the next 2 weeks we are unable to reschedule Sports Day.
Wider Achievement Assembly – This Friday!!
As the school year comes to an end, we are hosting our very last wider achievement assembly of 2025-2026. This Friday sees the last of our wonderful children proudly show off all of their achievements outside of school before we stop for our summer holidays.
If your child has something that they are proud of, please send me a picture and a short blurb on what they have done to:
eaMountCarmel.PS@eastayrshire.org.uk
We can’t wait to see what they have all been up to!
Thank you all for your continuing support,
