P3D/W Show Costumes – Wednesday 18th December
Afternoon Performance
School uniform and Christmas jumper.
Please either send to school wearing Christmas jumper or bring in bag on the day.
Evening Performance
Christmas/festive wear – this can be Christmas jumper/top/dress or onesie.
Santa hats, elf ears, reindeer antlers or tinsel can also be worn. Please don’t buy anything new, we will have a few supplies in school.
Primary 3D/W thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the Biggar Puppet Theatre to watch Aladdin. They represented our school very well; their behaviour was exemplary. A great day out, had by all!
‘Guess the Square’ Competition
We are running a competition to raise funds for the school.
If your child would like to take part in this competition, squares are £1 each and they will be on sale during the school day from Monday 2nd December until Friday 13th December (or until all squares are sold!)
The winning square will receive a Children’s Christmas stocking.
Pupils from P4M and P5/4M will come round each class every day to sell squares.

Toys
We are trying to encourage children not to bring toys into school. Lots of children often have toys or items from home in their bags and this is causing some upset at breaks and lunch times whereby the toys/items are being lost or broken. Please can we ask that toys are kept at home. Thank you for your support with this.
Welcome back to Term 2! We are in for a busy term with our Sharing the Learning, our class trip and Christmas.
The children enjoyed Hallowe’en based activities in school yesterday. Check out some of our scary faces!
We enjoyed our Sponsored Walk to the Dock Park with P3P even though it was a bit chilly and drizzly. We didn’t let that stop us having fun. We even spotted two herons on our walk along past the river.
