Primary 7’s had a busy day today preparing for their Burns’ Supper. There were lots of tattie peeling, dicing and cooking going on in the kitchen as well as decorations being made and speeches being rehearsed in the classroom.
P6 and P7 enjoyed a fantastic afternoon. The supper was filled with enjoyable speeches, Highland dancing, piano recitals and even a wee dance of the Gay Gordons. In addition, a marvellous supper of haggis, neeps and tatties was enjoyed by (almost) everyone. Our afternoon was rounded off with Auld Lang Syne. Well done to everyone who took part and made it such an enjoyable afternoon. Many thanks to Mrs McClymont for helping to cook and serve the supper.
