Please be advised that we will be upgrading the system on 20 and 21 March 2019. The live system will be unavailable from 2pm on Wednesday 20 March. It is anticipated that online payments will be available within a few hours however the Service Level for this is within 24 hours.
Civica will display appropriate messages on the online payments page.

Following the letter that went out to parents yesterday in regards the proposal of changes to the school day, we are aware that the link is currently not working.
We are doing all we can to rectify this and will post a new link as soon as possible.
EAL consultation with parents and pupils
As part of the EAL service consultation we are consulting with parents and pupils on their experiences of starting education in Scotland. We are looking at what was difficult, what helped and what else could have helped.
We have so far had a face-to-face session with parents from one academy and will be looking to do so with more parents if possible. We have also held sessions with groups of primary pupils and some secondary pupils attended the parent consultation.
Surveys for parents and secondary pupils
In order to reach more bilingual parents and pupils we have created a survey monkey for parents and secondary pupils. These surveys have been translated into key languages (Arabic, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish and Russian).

Christmas lunch will be served on Thursday 6th December at the regular price £1.90 for a main course.
The Canteen will serve soup, turkey lunches (with a vegetarian alternative) and hot & cold puddings on both sides of the main dining hall servery.
For that day only, hot snacks (including turkey burgers, sausage rolls, hotdogs, paninis, etc., with vegetarian options) will be served from Margaret’s sandwich bar as well as the usual soup/salads/sandwiches.
There will be no pre-order lunches available on the 6th.
The live online payment system for school meals and recoveries payments will be unavailable from 2pm on Wednesday 5 December and Thursday 6 December to allow for the system to be upgraded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Normal services are due to be resumed by Friday 7 December.
