  2. picking up weed
  3. digging weeds
  4. making the playground clean
  5. picking up rubbish
  6. putting the weeds in the bag

how they felt after and before

  1. happy
  2. calm
  3. tired
  4. relaxed

was there a improvement

yes there was a improvement
