
Today the children filled a box each for the. They picked a box, decided if they would like to make a box for a boy or girl then selected their choice of items from the list. While we were filling the boxes we talked about WHY we were participating in the shoebox appeal. Well done everyone!

✨Primary 1-3 have been very busy learning about the weather and climate. They have been learning about the different instruments used to measure the weather and so decided to make their own wind sock! P2 and 3 learnt about the compass points and we tested our wind socks to see which direction the wind was coming from! 🐾 Next Steps – Measure and record the weather.

Primary 1 and 2 went on an outdoor adventure, they had to risk assess their surrounding area. We spotted slippery seaweed, wet stones, steep cliffs and very narrow paths and we talked about how to stay safe. We love problem solving and working as a team in our outdoor area.
