Now that I have been back for over a week I am missing my cute home, the lovely people I met and the gorgeous fresh food! It was lovely to read your posts when I returned, even though I couldn’t reach them while in Uganda. Accessing the internet is more demanding when you don’t have electricity at the flick of a switch! I had to walk to the nearest town which was less than half an hour away and then hope that the generator was working, which it wasn’t the first time I tried. Next time I tried the generator was but the modem wasn’t. Third time I tried the generator and the modem were both working but for some unknown reason, we still couldn’t access the internet!
