Learning Reflection for W/E 12.10.18

This week we learned the sound u and b and tricky word he. Our writing focus this week was about things I am thankful for. Here are some of the children’s comments:

Kaelan – I am thankful for cocoa

Lewis – I am thankful for mum’s healthy food

James – I am thankful for apples

Poppy – I am thankful for food

Christian – I am thankful for potatoes

The children have really enjoyed playing shops this week. There has been lots of money talk, coin identification, sorting, counting and giving change!

  

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

Learning Highlights

Charley – playing the money games and sorting them out

Nicholas – playing the clapping game

James – counting the coins in the shop. I got a wee postcard because I was counting my numbers in the shop. I was counting the numbers on the coins.

Alister – We made hedgehogs, I coloured in all of mine I put leaves on it for spikes.

Hiba – leaning the sound b

Roshan – singing

Poppy – I liked the homework doing the number after and before, two more.
