P7 Residential Experience at Lockerbie Manor
LOCKERBIE MANOR
Our P7 pupils visited Lockerbie Manor last month for a week of outdoor activities and new experiences. The weather was rather challenging for them and in true Scottish style they experienced wind, rain, hail and sun all in one week! The pupils showed determination and perseverance with the activities and the Lockerbie Manor staff commended them on their good behaviour and positive attitude. Here are some more pictures taken by Mrs Aitken when she visited them at camp.

P5J’s Simile Quiz
We have been learning about similes in Primary 5. Can you match the simile to the teacher it describes?
The similes:
as fun as a pet.
as small as an ant.
as shiny as a golden pancake.
as fit as a cheetah.
as funny as a monkey
as smart as a scientist.
as nice as a flower.
as wise as a fox.
like a funny bunny.
